My wrist blood pressure monitor wont work. HELP?

I have an Omron HEM 609 Serial No. 81008130 which I have used for several years now. I tried to use it today and it wouldn't work. I pushed the button and I got an error code 023 that came on the screen. Does someone know what that code means? I have changed the batteries with new ones and still the same code. HELP!

Ditch it and get one for upper arm next time.
