Ok I have a weird health question that happens about once every 3 Months?
This happens about once every three months. At night laying in bed looking up at the ceiling in the dark my fingers first will start to feel like they are 4 to 5 times the size, then everything I touch feels larger, then the room will look like its getting smaller, then everything will start moving like 4 to 5 times faster. I am 34 yrs old and this has been happening since like 10 yrs of age. It only happens at night in the dark laying on my back when I am relaxed. Does not freak me out, just very weird happening. I did take my blood pressure monitor and checked to see if my heart rate went up at the time but it dont. Does anyone know why.
I forgot to add I am drug free and never used and only on meds for high blood pressure. also it happens with my eyes open.
Does the world get much smaller? A size you could pick up with tweezers...? I've had similar experiences, usually when I'm getting relaxed and in a semi-meditative state (eyes open). It's nothing to be alarmed about, I've attributed mine to a direct change in my metabolism that's resonating with the outside world. Try next time to influence the speed of the world, or the size of your body, keeping awareness throughout your whole body. Should make for an interesting experience.
...don't try too hard, you might lose your ability to hit that level if you're being too conscious of it.
