Why does my Sonic Care Toothbrush stink?
I have a Sonic toothbrush for few years & recently has a musty odor. I clean it including replacement head & replace evry 6 mo as directed. Im wondering if putting the base in dishwasher worked or if it would ruin it? I have sprayed it with Clorox Clean up & that works for about 2 days. Any suggestions?
Let your toothbrush completely dry out in-between uses and before you put the plastic cover on it, if it has one. The ones with holes are better. Moisture causes bacteria growth and the brush smells awful, no matter how new it is. If that doesn't work, see your dentist. You may have more going on in your mouth, than you're aware of.
