Why the store blood pressure monitor gives different readings than mine at home?

Today before leaving for work my Bp Monitor Omrom HEM 780 gave me 145/97 , I went to the store and it gave me 148/105 which is very high , which one I should trust? The Omron has 498 readings , 4 stars at 5 on Amazon.

There really isn't much of a difference between the 2 readings while one can expect a store reading or doctors office reading to be slightly higher because they're not ideal settings both measurements are considered hypertension as they're both over 140/90. Now if there was a significant difference between the 2 measurements then you have the potential for misdiagnosis.
