Can I self- test my blood pressure?
I want to know if I can use a manual blood presssure (cuff and stethascope) by myself. Would It be a problem hearing your own pulse and getting the same result as having another person do the measuring?
I don't want to use an automatic system.

To do it yourself, you will need to use an automatic system. You cannot take your own BP with a cuff and stethoscope. If you do, it will not be accurate. If you must do it this way, have someone else do it.
