High blood pressure question?

Hello...I am a 32 male and have high blood pressure. In the last past week or so I have been having high and ok readings. I had taken my blood pressure today and on my right wrist it was 142/76 and my left it was 173/106. I use a battery operated machine. I was wondering which one do i go by. Could it be a concern or maybe my machine is not working right? I did change the batteries. Also i had a specialist appointment for neuropathy caused by back surgery a year ago, and of course when they did a bp reading it was normal. any ideas?
